Asian Journal Office Building Renovation
This 60’s modern style building located in San Bruno, California was purchased by a new owner who sought to improve the deteriorating condition of the building and increase its value to future tenants. Moen Architecture’s design retains the modern design but provides new amenities in the vast covered atrium such as a koi pond and provides a new face to the building facades which is in keeping with the former modular window design.
